Mechanical components are composed of motor driven system which is composed of motor, decelerater and main axes; mechanical bending system which is composed of bending die, supporting roller, positioning clamper and bending rollers situated at chain disk side to side,   bending die is composed of flat die and trough shaped die, equipped with one complete set of tools .  Electrical control system is composed of encoder, raster and other control elements, realizing numerical setting, displaying bending angle, manual or automatic bending.
