2. Characteristics

The charger plate of the lapping machine can be sticked with an abrasive to do the precise lapping with the help of polishing solutions. Its edge run-out is <0.04mm. Our lapping machine is controlled by frequency conversion timing and soft start to make sure of the lapping precise to the limit of its capability. It’s digital and can shut down automatically which is very convenient.

3. Applications 

It can be used for a variety of materials such as valve single precision lapping and polishing, which achieve good flatness and roughness to the mirror effect.
