Description:
This cork capping machine is developed on the basis of foreign technology. The structure is compact and the production is stable. The machine has the function of self-protection and the glass bottle will not be broken. The capping speed can be adjusted to control the production capacity.Corks are squashed to the desired diameter and then punched into bottles. The squashing from the corks releasing applied around the corks, avoiding residua from the corks releasing to the bottles.Automatic cork loading device is associated with the machines, and efficiency is then improved.The middle pillar holding every individual cork capper is adjustable to fit the height (250mm-370mm)of the bottles.The diameter of the corks is allowed to be from 20.5mm to 24mm, and the height of corks is allowed to be 35mm-44mm.Clutch protection device is used with the automatic bottle loading device automatically give warning whenever unusual situations appear.Photo electric switches are used to detect bottles, No corks are provided if no bottles are detected.Allowable diameter of bottles is from 60mmto 90mm.
