2. PLC system, man-machine communication, touch screen. Digital control make sure over 99% production yield. All program could be completed automatically. Heating time and temperature could be adjusted according to the glass thickness. Working situation could be shown on the touch screen. It is very easy and convenient to operate. 

3.  Warm-keeping system. The machine adopts 10cm thick insulation layer and seamless welding technology, it can avoid the hot energy spread out. It will save about 20% energy for you than similar products.

4. Vacuum system.

1) Double-vacuum system will work fast and stably. It ensures no air bubble in the laminated glass. Vacuum pump adopts famous brand, it could work 24-hour all day.

2) Silicone bags are imported from abroad, it could bear high temperature to 180°C. It could be used for more than 4 years in the normal condition.

5.  Heating system. The machine adopts patented heating technology. The turbo blower takes the hot air fast and stably through the furnace. The temperature goes up rapidly, which makes the production cycle short. It will save 30%-50% energy consumption than other same products.
