Working principle:
By means of relative motion between movable and fixed fluted discs, material is crushed by impact and friction of the teeth and impact among the materials. The crushed material enters into the catcher automatically under the effect of rotating centrifugal force, and the air cylinder is controlled by the pulse to shake the catcher, thus the dust collected by the catcher can fall to the bin automatically. Designed according to the new "GMP" standard and wholly made of stainless steel, this machine has no flying dust during production, and can improve the utilization rate of material and reduce the cost of enterprise, thus reaching the international advanced level.
