• With main specification same as flat embroidery machine.
• Head Selection: alternative head embroidery controlled by computer, which is different from traditional manual control, machine can do the alternative embroidery with any head numbers.
• Rigid stand structure, double beam stand for the model of more than 12 heads, advanced vibration-preventive pad and improved auto-lubricating system make the embroidery more reliable, stable and less troublesome at high speed, in the meantime longer life span of the machine.
• Machine frame driving in X-axis by traverse system for the model above 8 heads, Y-axis in liner guide rail driving, plus imported AC servo motor for frame driving.
• Max speed: 2-10 heads, 1200rpm；12-15 heads, 1100rpm；16-20 heads, 1000rpm.
• New type of individual tension base with threading tubes, can reduce the friction with the thread during high speed running.
• Max speed for the sequins:
