2. Description:
This machine is a special equipment to straighten the deformation of H beam flange. The YJZ60B and YJZ80B model hydraulic straightening machine adopts oil cylinder up-lifting type with large straightening ability, wide range and high degree of automation.
With hydraulic cylinder set at the bottom of hydraulic device, the YZJ60C hydraulic straightening machine is equivalent to the equipment with the model of YJZ60B in straightening capability. But as to the straightening range, the former one is superior to the latter one. The width of flange plate can be up to 1000mm. Meanwhile, the two upper pressing wheels can work separately to straighten asymmetric deformation. With no need for lifting roller and universal joint, the cost of YHZ60C hydraulic straightening machine is lower than YJZ60B hydraulic straightening machine.
This series machine has big straightening ability, wide range, high automation standard, and is the national initiate. The straightening wheel and active roller are made from good quality alloy steel, which has been heat treated well, thus ensure long working life.
The main transmission system is with 22kw big motor and cycloidal pin wheel reducer. It is high efficient and works fast.
