Sand AAC Plant Introduction:

Sand AAC Plant Working Principle-Cutting Machine:
Turning hoist bring the mould with green block body turning 90 degree in the air, then put it on cutting car, block body with side plate settled on the cutting car together, then moving controlled by electric motor, finish lengthwise cutting, groove milling, horizontal cutting through lengthwise cutting system. The cutting car continuously walking until arrival the central position of vertical cutting system, crosscut shelf vertically finish cutting from top to bottom. Cutting car then walk to the position of grouping hoist, organized into groups and hoist hang the group block body with side plate to the autoclaving car into autoclave, cutting car returning to the primitive position and ready for next cutting circulation.
