Specifications:

1. Section max.: 15×60mm², mica tape: Φ100×Φ39;

2. Line length:900-1600mm adjustable steplessly;

3. Double taping, half overlapping, tape width 25mm; single taping, half overlapping 12.5 mm; double taping 6.25mm, taping pitch adjustable steplessly from 1/4 to 2/3, tape width 15-25 adjustable steplessly. Different tape width, different taper liner angle;

4. Taping speed: 60-220r/m, half down at turning; turning angle max. 70°, two sides can tape different direction, max. single head length at turning part 200mm;

5. A set of simulation constant tension tape disc. for large coil, because of the position, the small coil with short end can only be used with general adjustable tape disc. Two mechanical hands grab the coil bar when taping the long line coil to prevent big dithering;

6. After re-adjust, must back to “zero”;

7. Particularly applicable to wind-power motor coil, traction motor coil, water generator coil, medium-size high voltage coil.
