1. Machine Description

The machine is one kind of single side rotary tablet press machine which can press granular materials into round shape tablets, irregular tablets or double-side engraved tablets. This machine is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemistry, foodstuff, electronic industries.

2. Some technical features

1) made of stainless steel, the housing is fully closed. The surface of the rotary turret is covered with a hardened layer so that the turret surface is wear resistant. The machine conforms to GMP requirements.

2) adopt transparent windows, tableting state can be observed clearly. The windows can be opened, cleaning and maintenance is easy.

3 speed adjusted by frequency inverter, the motor is fixed on the base plate, prevent the motor vibrating during working.

4) the upper and lower guide rails and punches are lubricated with an intermittent fixed low flow rate automatic lubricating system so as to reduce the wear of guide rails.

5) Hydraulic overload protection device is equipped, the machine can stop automatically in case of overpressure to protect the punch pins from being damaged.

6) A high precision pressure sensor is equipped with an amplifier provided with gaining and self checking functions so as to implement self checking of tablet compression pressure reliably. The tablet weight control system is easy to operate and provided the function of rejecting degraded tablets in batches or individually.

7) double impeller type force feeder, improve granules flowability and filling performance, ensure the filling precision.
