1,It adopts chain paper feeding style, double roller moving rolling pressing . It is the ideal equipment to make the printed corrugated box once to finish slicing ,pressing the line ,slicing the corner ,punching special hole and so on .

2,It adopts electric phase , input the digital adjustment phase directly ,adjust quickly and precisely ,rubber roller line speed automatic repair and rubber cushion restore(electric restore )function .It can restore 3-4times and every time repair 1-1.5 mm .

3,The die roller is automatically horizontal moving and line speed repairing to make cushion rubber even pads .The cushion rollers mechanical , horizontal and cam facility moves horizontally in a scope of 35 mm to lengthen the using life of the die cutting cushion .

4,It equipped with counter , alarm bells and light control to reduce die-cutting without paperboard.

5,imported cushion rubber , long use life . It adopts sprinkle lubricating system .

6,The main body and gears are made of high quality steel (50mm) after high frequency quenching .
