Figure 1003 hammer union is designed of a ball seat, which allows for the misalignment of up to 7.5° from center. The total misalignment angle is 15°. The replaceable O-ring, made from high quality nitrile, ensures excellent sealing effect at any misalignment position. It is recommended for high pressure pipeline connection where lines cannot be aligned. It is suitable for air, water, oil, gas or mud service of 10000 psi cold working pressure. It is also used for sour gas of 7500 psi cold working pressure. The nut is black and parts are green. It is available with threaded or butt weld.
