3.1, Our raw material are purchased from China quality professional mould steel factory. It should be forged and pre-heat treatment, ensures the Carbide grade level, and the chemical components should fit our high requirement. For raw material grade, we normal use Cr12,D3 and Cr12Mov,D2,SKD11.
3.2, The heat treatment is very important for the roll using life. With the advantage skill of our heat treatment engineer, he is manager of China heat treatment forum of the mould field.
