Wear the foot pack to soak the foot in the lotion for about 90-120 minutes 

After 2 hours ,take off the foot pack,then wash the lotion away 

Soaking feet in warm water for 10 mins to accelerate peel effects 

It will peel off dead skin for 3 days.(no rub,it can peel away spontaneously)

After 1 week(maybe 3-7 days),dry and hardened dead skin cells will start to peel off gradually
