1, How to cooperate?
1.1, We can provide the production’s process by your supplied drawings.
1.2, If you do not provide the roll drawing, our sells engineer will contact with you for more information about your machine data and your final products. We can provide the professional roll design service for you.
2, How to manufacture?
2.1, All of our raw material are purchased from China quality professional mould steel factory. It should be forged and pre-heat treatment, ensures the Carbide grade level, and the chemical components should fit our high requirement. For raw material grade, we normal use Cr12,D3 and Cr12Mov,D2,SKD11.
2.2, The heat treatment is very important for the roll using life. With the advantage skill of our heat treatment engineer, he is manager of China heat treatment forum of the mould field. He did much help for many China related professional engineer. Our heat treatment is open for local auto industrial mould service. The professional heat treat report for your roll should be provided by our professional heat treatment department. It will show you the whole heat treatment process of your quality roll product.
2.3, Finish machining will be machined by high quality Oblique guide rail lathe, which were imported from Korea DOOSAN, the tolerance can be 0.01mm. We reach the tolerance level from Euro standard roll supplier.
