Description:

The galvanizing line adopts the USS technology/method, the most advanced and widely used process in the world. It has functions of annealing and deoxidizing, galvanizing, skin passing, and withdrawal straihtening with an monthly productivity of 10,000 metric tons. The incoming materials are SPCC, SPCD, and FH cold-rolled hard coils, the specifications of which are 0.15-1.5 mm × 914-1250 mm. The designed maximum speed is 120 m/min. The line has an overall length of 209.5 m.

Introduction

Coils are coated using advanced technology into large spangles, normal spangles, and zero spangles. An anti-fingerprint finishing device is integrated therein to produce smooth spangles and anti-fingerprint strips. The coating thickness is 60~275 g/m2 depending on customer's requirements. Products are made by annealing and deoxidizing, galvanizing, skin passing, and withdrawal straightening, and finally passivating (or oiling), conforming to GB2518-88 standard .
