Ball bearing units and its properties and features

1. It consists of outside spherical surface ball bearing and bearing seat.It is unnecessary to design                 bearing housing when use it.Because of small size and simple structure,it can be installed directly at         mechanical design position by bolts.It is very convenient to assemble and disassemble.

2. It can be worked at the condition when two bearing bracket are at different shafts.It can self-aligning.

3. Its inner diameter adapts”+”tolerance.It forms gap match with shaft.Through lift screw,eccentric sheath     or tightening sheath at inside,fix the bearing unit to the shaft.It decreases the precision requirement to       shaft.It is very convenient to install and exchange bearing.

4. In general it fills grease and adapts double or three layers seal form and is suitable to work at the fields     where exist powder dust,earth,water,corrosive medium and serious environment.

5. Stainless steel ball bearing units and plastic bearing housing has the advantage such as                    corrosion,resistant,ect. It is widely used for many fields such as chemical industry,medical equipment.

6. It has fine rotating precision and can lubricate again conveniently.Its radial clearance is large than that     of deep groove ball bearing with the same size.Therefore the temperature difference has less effect to     its precision.

7. The surrounding of bearing lift screw is treated by temper at high temperature.It strengthens the tough     and anti-impact capacity and also can prevent from the screw loosing and falling off during the period       of work.Meanwhile,if the screw was screwed too tight,the inner ring can not be damaged.

 1) Radial insert ball bearings are particularly easy to fit. They are located on the shaft by means of an eccentric locking collar, grub screws in the inner ring, an adapter sleeve, drive slot or fit.
 2) The radial insert ball bearings are integrated in the housing units. In order to ensure correct function and operational reliability in all operating conditions, the bearing and housing are matched to each other.
 3) Housing materials: cast iron pillow blocks / cast iron plummer blocks / sheet steel housings / plastic housings / stainless steel housings.
