• Aluminum panels are made from high quality Aluminum alloy and coated with PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) resin and color paints. With good properties of Aluminum alloy, we can make the Aluminum panels in different sizes and shapes according to the building designs and installation drawings to match architecture designs and styles, the Aluminum panels can serve the buildings very well for cladding and decoration, the light weight and easy installation of the Aluminum panels also help a lot for the construction of buildings, you can save a lot time and labour for installation and finish of buildings. 
• The PVDF coatings have very good weather and chemical resistance as well as discoloration proofing, the color of surface can stay for over 15 years in any severe weather condition, and the surface is easy for cleaning and maintaining.
• The common thickness of Aluminum panels is 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm etc., available for both interior and exterior walls, ceilings and roofs.
• The common size of Aluminum panels is 1220mm*2440mm, the other sizes are also available according to installation drawing and specified requirements. Specified shapes are also available.
• The composition of Aluminum panels is prefabricated Aluminum sheets, stiffeners on back for support of surface and fixing backets. You can also put thermal or sound insulation materials in the back of Aluminum panels to make good insulation of buildings.
• Aluminum panel is made from high quality 1100 or 3003 series of Aluminum alloy.
• The surface finish of Aluminum panel is coated with PVDF or Polyester or powder, the minimum coating film is 25 Microns.
• The coating consists of primer, color paints and varnish.
• Thickness of alloy: 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm etc.
