Pre-hot treatment:
1.Annealing after forging: heat to 760-780°c,keep 4-6h,furnace cold below 500°c out and air cooling ,hardness after annealing is 197-241HBS,
2.Isothermal after forging: heat to 850-870°c,keep 4-6h,isothermal temperature680°c,keep 4-6h,furnace cold below 500°c
out and air cooling ,hardness after forging is 197-241HBS.
3.Forging die renovation annealing: heat to 710-730°c,keep 4-6h,furnace cool below 500°c,out and air cooling, hardness
after annealing is 197-241HBS.

Application
For making big and medium size forging die
Smelting equipments: 3 and 4 tons induction furnaces; electric arc furnace of 10t ,refining furnace vacuum furnace, electric slag furnaces of 0.3, 0.5t, 1t, 3t, 5t, especially 3 and 5 tons electric slag furnaces which feature both unipolar and bipolar series functions. Processing equipments:electric-hydraulic hammer; supporting equipments:gas producer, reheating furnace, gas annealing furnace, electric annealing furnace, electric-hydraulic grinding machine, electric band saw and gantry saw,etc.
Inspection equipment:Detective equipments have the functions of chemical analysis, physics property and mechanical property.
