0.4 μm grain size Tungsten Carbide Bar 310 mm with CO 12%, Hardness 92.3 - 92.5 HRA
Description:
Cemented carbides are composed of a metal matrix composite where carbide particles act as the aggregate and a metallic binder serves as the matrix. The process of combining the carbide particles with the binder is referred to as sintering or hot isostatic pressing (HIP). During this process the binder eventually will be entering the liquid stage and carbide grains (much higher melting point) remain in the solid stage.
Our tungsten carbide rod are made of optimum quality raw material wc and cobalt using by powder metallurgy technology.
The rods offered by us are widely known for their features like excellent hardness, transverse rupture strength, durability.
Carbide products can be supplied in either the as-sintered or precision ground form to best suit your specific or individual applications.
