Double-inlet & Double-outlet Mill Liners

With our special double-media quenching process, the liners can achieve the following features:

1.Ideal hardness: HRC≥58.

2. Ideal toughness value: More than AK5J.

3.Even hardness distribution: The hardness difference from surface to the core of each piece of liner casting is less than HRC3.

4. Better wear performance: The anti-wear properties are 2.5 times as much as those of high manganese steel in wet grinding condition.

5. Better surface quality with resin-sand molding process.

Our main product series are ball mill liners, wear parts for crushers and grinding media. Boltless Ball Mill Liners decrease maintenance of liners and save the cost of bolts. What’s more, our boltless-liner design can exert the maximum quenching hardness of metal material while the bolted-liner design has to scarify the quenching hardness to get better toughness because each bolt hole is a source of thousands of crackings.
