3 Phase Disc Stack Centrifuges For Purifying Milk Degrease

Model PDSM-DN separator is mainly used for clarifying and defating of milk, It is also used for the similar oil to clarify the Liquid-Liquid-Solid three-phase materials

When the factory get the fresh milk from the farm, there is some impurity and dust or fine animal hair in the milk ,firstly,it needs the disc separator to clarify and then to the stage of pasteurizer.

Some factory needs the skimmed milk to produce butter or cream, After milk clarification, the process needs 3phase milk separator to degrease .about 3% fat will be discharged from the light liquid phase skimmed milk comes from the heavy liquid phase while the impurity outlet from the solid discharge exit.

Also ,it works for whey and cheese separation.

The machine adopts automatic control, it has the advantages of high efficiency, low oil consumption, convenient operation and economic maintenance cost.     

The skimmed milk and cream are pumped out by centripetal pump, the sludge is discharged automatically and partly.

The machine is one kind of rotary machine with high speed, After accurate dynamic balancing, it can run for long time with low vibration, safety and security.

The design, product and acceptance are conformed to the standard of JB/T8103.3 “Disc Separator-Part 3:Milk disc separator”.
