Rotary Welding Table Top Welding Positioners Variable Frequency Control Speed
1. Genaral description
The worktable could be rotated ( in 360°) or tilted (in 90-120°) allowing work piece to be welded at the best position.
Variable Frequency control (VFD) speed by rotating and motor-driven speed regulation by tilting from which customers can choose in line with operational requirements.
Electric control system composed of electric cabinet and manual control panel making it easy to operate.
Equipped with slewing bearing which helps increase the loading capacity and makes the rotation smooth.
Worktable is manufactured with six M slot, 30T bolt grooves used to clamp and position the work pieces.
Several concentric grooves are processed onto the surface of the worktable to help position the work piece at the center.
The whole rack will not deform even long time use because of annealing treatment.
