Description:

ERW welded pipe production line can produce resistance high frequency straight seam welded pipe, square tube, rectangular tube and steel sheet pile, etc.

Applications:

1. Low pressure fluid conveying with galvanized welded steel pipe.GB/T3091-1993. Air gas,water and oil.
2. Ordinary carbon steel wire casing.B3640-88. Potect the electric wire in buliding.

ERW pipe produce progress:

1. We will check the material, and confirm the material is good.
2. Cut the steel material, make it fit for the pipe.
3. Bend the material, this step is facility for welding.
4. The machine will make the steel material to J than C, the last is O. So the pipe is round.
5. Welding: radio-frequency welding.Contact welding and induction welding
6. Test: ultrasonic testing. Hydrostatic test
7. All the steps finish, will put this pipe into stock.
