Description: 


Cemented carbide rod is also known as tungsten carbide rod, hard alloy rod, hard metal rod. It is an alloy material consists of a hard refractory metal compound and bonding metal by powder metallurgy process.

Tungsten carbide rod is a WC-Co alloy, Co content 10%, made up by 0.6um ultrafine grain through Sinter-HIP technology, which is simultaneous application of heat and pressure fully consolidates the carbide during the sintering process.

 

We adopt automatical temperature control system and advanced sintering technology to reduce the probability of porosities, which efficient increase the mechanical property of rod blank. Our Carbide rods product quality is stable and reliable, which have a good shock resistance, abrasion resistant and bending resistance in use.

 

Tungsten carbide rod can offer best-fit solutions for special work piece metals such as harden material with high wear resistance. So it is widely used for making carbide cutting tools, such as end mill, drill, reamer and so on.
