These bags are generally produced using a side weld, and mostly include a base gusset. The flexiloop carrier bag usually has a turn over top so the handles are double welded to the main polythen sheet of the bag. This allows for the bag to carry quite a large amount of weight. Thicker polythene can be used to increase the strength of the carrier bag.
