Description

Regarding digital sublimation transfer, its system is composed of 3 major components : Inkjet printer, dye sublimaiton ink and sublimation paper. Its big difference and benefit is to reduce the minimum order volume, various design(image) possible, cost reduction from eliminating the convention printing procedures, color seperation and color plate making, and reducting space. Conventional method has the strength on prodcution capability still comparision to Inkjet printing.

1. Inkjet printer : printhead is to be based on piezo printhead, which is adopter Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh and Epson. You can guess which printer is selection for this inkjet sublimation, the said inkjet printers are recommend to this application, and these are popular model.

2. Dye sublimation ink : its characteristcs is be printed on sublimation paper, its color particle on the surface of paper is vaporized to the balank media, e.g. polyester fabric or polymer coated media while heat pressing is applied. It should be good qualtiy in ink despensing from the printhead, disperse well, no cloggining as well as good color reproduction.

3. Sublimation Paper : for ink absorption and ink emission to the surface of textile or balank media,it has good ink absorption layer, ink release well(tranfer ratio), ink dry speed etc.
