Description:

Adopted with submerge arc welders for beam steel weld and machine gantry is moved by frequency conversion technology, two sets of welding machines are located under gantry separately, welding head is moved vertically by motor, horizontally by manual adjustment, with seam tracking device. Welding flux can be collected and circled automatically.

Applications:

H beam production line consists of CNC multi-head vertical strip cutter, H beam middle spot welding assembly-standing machine, beam mover, cantilever type welding machine, chain type upender, hydraulic reversible frame, hydraulic straighting machine.
Complete assembly, reversal, welding, work-piece transportation, leveling, shot blasting etc course realize automatic production.
