Description:
Carbon composite Shell: The carbon composite shell is superlight and it is super impact resistant
through its special rubber toughened construction.
Inmoulding: Only “InMould & Injection Technology” may give helmets this level of added lightness and durability. The exclusive manufacturing process enables the thermoformed polycarbonate shell to be co-molded to the EPS line.
Inmould Carbon Construction: The Inmould construction is a technique that directly fuses the shock absorbing EPS liner with the Polycarbonate shells and carbon piece to create a light weight and strong structure. The carbon fiber reinforcement adds additional strength in critical areas due to its great strength and impact distribution properties.
Impact Absorption: The advanced EPS (Expanded Poly Styrene) liner is constructed with variable bridge
and channel volume in order to optimize the overall impact protection performance.
Perfect Fitness: This model is developed per the ISO/DIS 6220 standard and keeps 90% fitness.
