Using CNC spring coiling machines, we can produce custom extension springs with wire diameters from 0.08mm to 35mm in the way of cold wounding and hot wounding.
Our tech dep can design springs to have initial tensions according to the load requirement of your applications. We will also validate spring designs before manufacturing, and secondary processes such as color-coding, plating, peen shooting and heat-treating are must for extension springs to make sure high quality.
