Consisting of a heavy duty welded tube
Structure. Integrated in this frame is a four column guiding system for the hydraulically powered mould and tamper head. The 70mm columns are hard chromed, ground and mounted in easily exchangeable guide bushings.
Design: The mould guide elements are attached.
To the guide columns. A tube structure connects the columns on the top. Two hydraulic cylinders connect this structure with the machine frame. They produce the demoulding stroke. The tamper head guides are connected by a heavy duty bridge structure. The guides are equipped with easily exchangeable bushings. A top mounted hydraulic cylinder powers the tamper head system.
