Application:
Suitable for stranding long length and big section bare aluminium, copper, aluminium alloy, aluminium cable steel reinforcing wires to produce power cables; Sector shaped conductor; Round compacted; Single core prespiralled.

Main feature:
A. The machine can produce many kinds of power cables, sector shaped conductors which are made of bare aluminium, copper, aluminium cable steel reinforcing wires etc., round compacted, single core prespiralled.

B. The machine could be equipped with different numbers of bobbin cages such as 6+12+18, 6+12+18+24 etc. If you want some special alteration, we can improve it as you request.

C. Reels are arranged quartering around the cages. The central shaft does not support the weight of reels. The equipment has high rigidity, high-powered, low monment of inertia, high speed.

D. It's driven by 36-stage gear-box. The two wheels of the double wheel capstan are overhung position supported on shafts. One wheel is straight and the other is inclined position arranged to ensure good care of the material to be pulled out.

E. Each reel is equipped with an advanced broken wire detector, allowing to stop the machine automatically in case of broken wire. Insuring to repair the broken wire. The machine is especially suitable for manufacturing power cable and cross-linked cable.
