(1)Double End Design
YP524 bottle washer is double end type, the loading and discharging are at different end of the machine thus the feed and discharge conveyors can be arranged in different rooms, keeping the cleaned bottles away from unwashed ones.

(2)Advanced Constructural Features
The loader is driven by a stepless variable speed drive unit; Discharge rotary cams are made of special plastic material. The machine runs very smoothly and quietly. Hundreds of bottle carriers are punched and welded by fine steel plate, together with plastic bottle cages features low weight, rigid, guarantees whole machine gently moving.

(3)Best Cleaning Efficiency
The caustic concentration, emperature and washing time of every compartment are adjustable to suit different situation of bottles. Usually 98% bottles can be thoroughly cleaned by this machine(bottles spoiled by nun-edible oil, pesticide and sticking-gluey materials are not allowed to feed in).

(4). Low Rate of Bottle Breakage
Owing to the advanced structure, high quality material, fine processing, the whole machine runs harmoniously. The rate of bottle breakage is less than 0. 4% if the bottles conform to GB standard.

(5). Reliable and Safety
In main driving system mounted several overload clutches to protect every compartment driving group against overload. On feeding and discharging area mounted limit-switches and alarm bell that are necessary for safe production.
