2 Applications
Injection die, extrusion die, compression mold, blowing die and absorbing mole that are applicable to all kinds of plastics, are commonly used as dies for housings of such products as air conditioner, washing machine, computer monitor, printer and fax machine which have higher requirements on the smoothness of surface.

3 Characteristics
*Use vacuum degassing method to refine, obtaining lower content of impurities and gas.
*ultrasonic examination on steel, and applicable to fabricate mirror-polishing die (if rolling plate exceed 150mm, not recommend to fabricate mirror-polishing die)
*Pure steel, capable of being etch machined, with good performance in electric discharge machining.
*The steel is of good nitriding performance, and its surface nitridng after hardening can significantly extend the service life of die.
