Features:
1. The spindle is equipped with an imported spindle assemlly and imported high-precision learings, thus featuring in high speed, high transmission accuracy, high torque and protection from overload.
2. The three axes are equipped with gigh-preotection ballscrews.
3. The guideways are high-frequency hardened and the slideways are coated with wear-resistant tape.
4. The guideways and ballscrews are quantitatively lubricated at regular intervals by the lubrication system.
5. The machine is well recommended for the production of housings, irregular components and moulds. And the machine has an RS232 communication interface to enable the mould cutting by the CAD/CAM method.
6. The machine can be arranged with a semi-enclosed protection guard or with a full-enclosed protection guard.
