Designed to clamp onto an excisting handwheel and be operated by hand from the ground allowing the opening and closing of a valve without the need to erect platforms or use ladders. The chainwheel is made from ductile iron and coated in a blue primer paint finish. Ths chain is made from non sparking mild steel and zinc coated along with the clamping hardware.
