Characteristics:

2. Glue wheel revolve automatically, pressure moves the slurry plate, with Electric Dividing-glue device, and with electric medium steam spray.
3. The clearance between glue roller and lower corrugated roller, glue roller and doctor roller, pressure roller and lower corrugated roller adjusted by Double Motors.
4. Quantity of pasting glue and controlling glue is controlled by the clearance between glue roller and doctor roller, and there are Manual Controlling and Auto-controlling.
A. Manual Controlling: Press the button that controls motor to adjust the clearance, to ensure paste enough glue.
B. Auto-controlling: The coder and PLC auto-controls according to change of speed. And with inter-face appear control, to ensure glue when machine work in high or slow speed and the corrugated paper quality.
5. Glue roller and doctor roller is designed as guide way, convenient to set and dismantle, the corrugated roller and the two bearing housings can change together, shorten repairing time.
6. Inverter motor main drive, separate driving box.
7. The slurry plate is made of stainless steel, and it is easy to set and clean. The structure of corrugated roller, glue roll and doctor roll are designed in group, it is easy for loading and unloading, and convenient replace and maintenance.
8. The electric clapboard for glue is convenient to adjust.
