Main usage and scope of application:

based on the absorption of the advanced technology from home and abroad, the ZQB type submersible axial flow pumps and the HQB type submersible mixed-flow pumps have been researched and developed by our factory and the domestic colleges and are the latest products in 90s. They are extensively used in the irrigation of agriculture, the water supply of power station and the water supply of town with the characteristics of saving on investment funds, being convenient to maintain & manage, the improvement in operating conditions, the reliable operation as well as being beneficial to automation. They are suitable for conveying the clean water or similar liquids in physical and chemical properties as well as the liquids containing few solid particles. 4. The time of starting pump per hour is less than 6 with the same interval. 5. Maximum submersible depth is 10m.

Description of system:

The pump of ZQB type or HQB type is made up of the electric pump, the electric controlling box and the installation accessories. 1. The electric pump: It is made up of the electric motor, the main cable and the controlling cable, the bearing seat, the water cooled jacket, the impeller and the guiding flow casing. The pump and the electric motor share the same shaft, and the series mechanical seal is adopted. The leakage sensor and the float sensor are installed inside of the seal house and the motor housing. 2. The purpose of the electric controlling box is to start and stop the electric motor. The functions of the electric controlling box are as follows: The overload protection, the broken-phase protection, the short circuit protection, the leakage protection, the overheating protection of the stator winding of motor and the temperature protection of bearing. The start method of motor has two ways, one is the auto-coupled start with decrease in pressure, and the other is the soft start. The client can indicate when ordering. 3. The installation accessories are designed based on the specific conditions of submersible pump, which bring great convenience to install and maintain.

Main Structure:

The protection grade of motor is IP68, the insulation grade of the thermal component attached to the stator is F, and the dynamic balance is achieved between the stator and the shaft. The quality lubricating bearing (the imported bearing) heats the thermal component at the same time, which can ensure the safety. The axial flow diffuses through the impeller blade. The unique watertight cable eliminates the possibility of water into the cable. The float sensor can inspect the accidental leakage and provide the motor with further guarantee of safety. The most excellent cooling method is adopted, that is, the medium directly flows through the motor casing. The quality mechanical seal can ensure the best seal effect at the minimal mechanical loss.
