He DG series bearings have per-tighten type and without per-tighten type according with the working condition. When with per-tighten type used for the installation of motor shaft system, there will be the pre-extend condition. The roll bearings can select the spherical roll, column roll and other bearings according to the requirements. The bearing seat has insulation and non-insulation two kinds. There is an insulated layer attached to the surface of the column of the bearing seat. So as to avoid the electric corrupt caused by the shaft current to the bearing.

The lubrication of the bearing is grease type and watery oil type. The grease bearing unit installed adding grease pole and discharge grease pole easy to replace the grease. In order to inspect the operation temperature of the bearing, there are thermoelectric elements installed in the bearing seat. The protection grade of this series bearing is IP44. Also users can select other type protection grade according with the requirements.
