Construction:
Pinch roller: The body of pinch roller shall be fabricated out of prime plates and machined to house the roll assemblies. It is quenched and tempered, grinding processing to make sure non-deformation and remove stress.

The top roll must deflect the strip from uncoiler to suit pass line. Bottom roll shall be provided with AC motor drive. The upper roll must actuate up and down by means of hydraulic cylinder. Straightener is made up of hardened rolls 40cr bearing provided for rotary function is roller bearings and grease lubricated.
