Introduction:
1)  Cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal, single stage slurry pump
2)  Widely application: They are designed for handling abrasive, high density slurries in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power plant, building material and other industrial departments etc.
3)  Split outer cover plate and frame plate are made of ductile iron or grey iron, protect the wear liners and provide high operation pressure capabilities.
4)  Long bearing life: The bearing assembly is with large diameter shaft and short overhang minimizes deflection and vibration. Heavy duty roller bearings are adopted with Lithium white Grease and housed in a removable bearing cartridge. No leakage, a little maintenance, convenient rotor adjustment.
5)  Shaft sleeve let Shaft life longer: A hardened, heavy-duty corrosion-resistant shaft sleeve with 'o' ring seals at both ends protects the shaft.
6)  Wear resistant and anti-abrasion wet parts: The wet parts can be made of hard metal (26-35% Chrome alloy Iron) or pressure molded rubber. They are completely interchangeable with each other. More materials are also available.
7)  Easily replaceable liners: Liners are bolted to the casing.
8)  Simple maintenance throat-bush: The mating face of the throat bush is tapered, so the wear is reduced and removal is simple.
9)  Easy adjustment of impeller: An impeller adjustment mechanism is provided below the bearing housing.
10)  High efficiency and high head design are also available. The liners and impellers for high-head pumps are adoptable of hard metal only.
11)  Centrifugal shaft seal, mechanical shaft seal and packing shaft seal are available.
12)  Pump's discharge angle can be revolved per 45° , so eight different angles to different using.
