952A wheel loader is the third generation of loader product developed by this company in combination with up-to-date technologies and design methods. For 952A wheel loader, the domestically-current drive system, dual-pump confluence technology and reinforced vehicle frame are adopted to improve the maneuverability of complete machine and security of operator and machine. Meanwhile, with the wide application of advanced and mature technology at home and abroad, this loader has ranked the leading position in the world by its excellent performance, long service life, high reliability, high efficiency, low oil consumption and reasonable economic cost.
Driving System
1. Weichai STEYR WD615G220 supercharged diesel engine is adopted to enable large power reserve, low oil consumption, good dynamic performance. Also, the engine has flame preheating function and electrical shutdown function. The new complicated prefilter adopted can prevent the diesel engine from early wearing. The prefilter and the two-phase filtration are free from repair and maintenance and have small air resistance, with the pre-filtering effect exceeding the air filter used in desert, so it can prolong the maintenance cycle of filter element by 3 times in harsh environment.
2. The integrated type assembly including transmission and torque converter made by Hangzhou Advance Gearbox Group is adopted to ensure the advanced structure and reliable operability of the entire machine, appropriately adapt to the mainframe and provide convenience for maintenance.
Hydraulic System and Steering System
1. The internationally-advanced dual pump confluence technology is adopted for the hydraulic system to reduce energy loss and improve the fuel economical efficiency and operation efficiency of the entire machine.
2. The hydraulic control valve is located at the front end of the front vehicle frame to provide convenience for maintenance.
3. Double seals (cone and O-ring seals) that conform to German DIN standard are adopted for the pipeline of the hydraulic system of the entire machine to ensure a good sealing performance and strong resistance to leakage.
4. Full hydraulic coaxial flow amplifying articulated steering system is adopted to enable a flexible steering.
5. The high-position oil tank is adopted to improve oil suction effect of pumps, prevent them from suctioning from empty space, and increase their service life. The maintenance work of pumps, valves and such hydraulic components can be done only when the valve is closed, and it is not necessary to discharge oil. Therefore, the maintenance work becomes more easy and convenient.
Structural Parts
1. The design of reinforced front and rear vehicle frames is optimized to make them firmer and more durable. The single steel sheet T-shaped beam structure is adopted for the rear vehicle frame to reduce the number of profiling and irregular welding seam and improve the reliability largely.
2. The two-row tapered roller bearings are adopted for the articulated parts to increase the rigidity of the articulated parts and make them stressed rationally.
3. The lengthened wheelbase up to 3.2m can make the operation more stable and the breakout force more powerful.
4. The design of single rocker arm, short tie rod and horizontal cylinders is optimized to enable a high dumping clearance and operation efficiency.
Driver Cab
1. The shaped steel structure frame is adopted for the driver cab to realize beautiful appearance.
2. The integrated instrument panel is adopted to realize beautiful appearance and good divisibility.
