1. AUTOMATIC FLOW RATE CONTROL
Intake air passes through a valve which regulates the volume of air entering the compressor. The position of the intake valve is automatically controlled by internal pressure. The compressor adapts.
To the operating pressure required. The comoressor thus produces pulse-free air and there is no need for an air receiver downstream the air supply.
2. SIMPLE DESIGN
The compressor essentially consists of a rotor with blades which eccentrically rotates in the stator: The stator is supported by bushes without any need for roller bearings.
3. ConTROL PANEL
The control panel is simple and functional: It includes an hourmeter, on and off buttons, the selection for automatic or continuous operation, and the emergency stop button. It is also eqquippted with different automatic safety devices and is predisposed for remote control connection.
4. DIRECT COUPLING
This is obtained with a flexible coupling between motor and compressor without any need for belts. It is without gears or rollerbearings needing maintenance.
5. ConDENSATE SEPARATOR
Each Mattei compressor is equipped with an air cooler and a separator with an electronic condensate drain.
