1. All frame structures and most components are electro statically powder coated. We enforce stringent quality control procedures every step of the way to insure maximum corrosion and chip resistance.
2. frame structures: A combination of 50*100mm inch. 11-gauge tubular steel and 2-inch diameter round tubing.
3. Commercial grade, 4200lbs. Test, 5.8mm-spec nylon coated aircraft cables.
4. Powder coated steel Protective weight enclosures.
5. Shock-absorbent rubber foot pads fitted to all end corners of each unit and may be bolted to the floor.
6. Nylon pulleys fitted with premium grade-A quality roller bearings that are virtually maintenance free.
7. Each machine has a unique instruction panel including exercise instructions, muscles used, graphic display of exercise action and exercise programming.
8. Seat and back pads are fabricated from one-inch thick grade-A plywood and surfaces padded with two-inch high density resilient foam. Plywood backing is completely covered and concealed with the same upholstery material.
9. Most adjustments are secured with commercial grade spring loaded pull-pins.
