Pellet press/sawdust pellet machine is our patent machine, which is specially for processing sawdust, straw and other biomass material.
We adopts the EU technology and also jointing our own technology and develop three tape-shape rollers flat die pellet machine.

It can produce pellet with diameter 3-10mm pellet. And we also have B series briquetting machine, which also have three tape shaper rollers can produce briquette with diameter 15-30mm.

Compared to tranditional ring die pellet mills, the ring dies pellet mills is restricted by ring diameter, its roller can not be enlarged enough, roller bearing room is smaller, so the assembly bearing are not strong enough to withstand pressure, so the problems come to being: Bearings less standing abilty leads to frequent repair.
