2. Working Condition for GZPL-620 Series High Speed Tablet Press
2.1 Granule are uniform and non-moisture, the granule content is not less than two thirds;

2.3 Equipment should be installed a place, humidity is less 86%, temperature is less 35º C, in a ventilated house.

4. Main Performance of GZPLS620 Series High Speed Tablet Press
4.1 Symmetrical design. Double main compression, double pre-compression, double feeder, double output, and double layer tablets.
4.2 Controlled by PLC automatically, automatic control weight of tablet system, automatic batch rejection device.
4.3 Color touch screen, automatic stop and alarm at fault, help menu, control the tablet deduster and vacuum cleaner.
4.4 Six hand wheels are used for adjusting main compression (tablet thickness), pre-compression, filling depth of two side from out to inner.
4.5 With the hydraulic support of main compression, pre-compression, the hydraulic pressure can be adjusted continuously and has the function of auto-protection and pressure overload protection.
4.6 Automatic Lubrication system, lubrication flow rate and interval can be adjusted. It is with the function of under lube alarm, lubrication pressure fault alarm and auto-stop protection, and grease lubrication system can be controlled by manual common lubrication pump.
4.7 Main motor and feeder motor are adjusted with inverter, which the speed can be regulated continuously and has the function of upper and lower limit control.
