DF series multistage centrifugal water injection pump

Sctructure:
The DF is horizontal, diffuser, multi-stage, radial split pump. API 610 type code is BB4.

The standard suction position is sideward, and discharge position is
Upward. Other position is also available on request.

The stuffing box can receive either mechanical seal or soft packing.

The suction casing, stage casing, guide vane etc. Are combined togethe
By the tie bolts, the suction casing and discharge casing are foot-mounte type.

Balancing disk or balancing drum is used to balance the axial force of the rotor, the rotor is fitted by opposed groups on each side of a radial bearing.

The radial bearings are all sliding bearings; The thrust bearings are sliding bearing or rolling bearing (angle contacting). The lubricating modes of bearings are oil ring lubricating or pressure lubricationg system. The cooling modes of bearing are water cooling or fan cooling.

The standard rotation is CW, looking from the coupling side. But CCW is available on request.

The pump is equipped with a single suction impeller for first stage. As for the performance parameters please refer to the following table. If necessary (as low NPSH), the double suction impeller will be equipped.

Material Selected:
The material selected for all the parts of the pump is in accordance with API610 C-6(12%chr)_D-1(DUPLEX SS).
