AY multilevel centrifugal pump is a new product optimized and improved on base of Y type oil pump. It is designed to meet the needs of modernization and soon adapting to the energy-efficient equipment upgrades as the center to upgrade the development of new products. AY oil pump is developed without effects of interchangeability and some parts of unreasonable original are replaced. To make it sound even better, it has characteristics in the following:
1. Bearing body parts used in all the advanced sliding bearings and axial thrust bearings
2. Hydraulic over-current component used high efficient hydraulic model. Average efficiency is 5-8% better than that of the old Y-type oil pump.
3. In order to remain inheritance, structure, installation size, scope of performance, materials adopted of AY centrifugal pump remains the same with Y-type centrifugal pumps.
4, High component commonality and common standard.
5. According to the different conditions of use of the main components, two kinds of bearings, cast iron and cast steel, are optional for cold areas, outdoor and underwater applications.
6. There are three kinds of bearing, air cooling, fan cooling and water-cooled, according to the different temperature application of the pump. Fan cooling pump is especially applicable to water lacking and poor quality areas.
