1988, HCL, keeping in view the demand of our customers, increased the production capacity to 1200 MT per annum and successful in meeting the Customer Demands with our in-house stringent Quality Control System and well planned Marketing Network.

1992, a landmark of capacity up-gradation up to 2400 MT per annum, a self-set goal achieved with a dedicated commitment to Customer Satisfaction.

Hydearbad Castings Limited is situated in industrial Development Area (I.D.A), Bollaram, 25 Km away from the Twin Cities (Hyderabad and Secunderabad) and 7 Km away from the Hyderabad Mumbai National Highway.

The castings manufactured by us will be in accordance with the Indian and International Specifications in Carbon Steel, Low Alloy Steel, Manganese Steel, Heat Resistant Steel, Corrosion Resistant Steel, Wear Resistant High Chrome Steel/Irons and Ni-Hard, etc. We manufacture the castings with a volumetric dimension of 2.5M x 3M x 12M Max. and weight of single castings varies from 20Kg to 2000Kg.

Dedicated technical team and their sustained efforts towards quality, has brought the company at the forefront, amongst all Steel Foundries at national level. In house quality control facilities include optical emission spectrometer, conventional chemical analysis. metallergical microscopie, universal tensile testing, brinell hardness testing, ultrasonic testing, dye penetrant testing and magnetic particle inspection equipments. Radiography requirements are also met on demand.

Needless to say, that the production facilities include induction melting furnaces, moulding facilities for resin bonded, silicate bonded and shell sand systems, heat treatment furnaces with supporting fettling/finishing facilities. Further, HCL products have been accepted by customer under third party inspection agencies such as M/s. Lloyds Register & Shipping, TATA Projects India Ltd., SGS India Ltd., and others.
