PRODUCT - Bearings  &   Bush   are  very  important  components   in   any  machinery  used   in applications having high friction areas or having rotational movement.

MATERIAL - Bearings & Bush are made from Gun metal or brass due to is wear resisting properties. Bimetal Bearings & Bush are made from strips. Here the material used are of different type of alloys such as 90% white metal or copper lead or tin lead aluminum etc. These alloys are soft enough to take away the dirt particles embedded in the lining and also have a very high wear resistance with very low friction. They also dissipate the heat very quickly. Thick wall bearings and bushes with or without collar are made from steel pipe lined with above mentioned bearing metals. The ball bearings and bushes with or without collar are made from steel pipe lined with above mentioned metals. The ball bearings, needle bearings and roller bearings are made from alloy steel of appropriate grade.
